This facility is one of the best centers providing compassionate care for the elderly with dementia. I have spent many hours volunteering and also have my father staying there. The energy of the staff and the space is vibrant and cheerful which goes a long way to cheer up all the residents. The staff is well trained and all the residents are provided a good schedule of well rounded activities to maintain their physical and mental health. The center is kept clean and care is provided to keep it hygienic. I am very thankful to the center manager Milan Arun and every employee there for treating every resident as his/her parent.

I did a lot of Research to find the Best Home for My Mom within Mumbai. AjiCare is clearly the Best hands down. The Versova location is Serene and surrounded by greenery. I could not be happier that Mom is kept Engaged and Happy and is looked after by Caring Staff of Caregivers and Nurses. They truly go above and beyond to find solutions to create an environment of empathy and compassion. The Psychologist Vaishnavi has been extremely resourceful in introducing numerous new activities and I am sent daily videos of Mom taking part in them. The Staff are Professionally trained and are Excellent in every sense. The home also has a Doctor on Call, Dr Ruchi who is a top notch Doctor and access to Medical Care is something which was very important to me. AjiCare has everything to make your Beloved Senior happy and comfortable.

From the first moment we entered, we were enveloped in warmth and understanding. The activities and programs go beyond mere entertainment, providing both mental stimulation and a sense of purpose. We've seen how music, gentle exercise, and reminiscence therapy can bring a spark back into my father's eyes, and for that, we are eternally grateful. We brought our parents to Aarambh about a year and half ago. Both my brother and I are based in the US with family obligations there as well. Although our father’s health is good, due to age (95 years) we felt he would not be able to cope with household duties as well as assisting our mother, who began to need help due to mobility issues (and recently passed away). We give Aarambh high marks on all the factors that were important to us. Ajay Pillai and his team run well organized and well-equipped Centers. He personally was extremely helpful in settling our parents down in Versova in the early days. Dr. Ruchi Raichura has provided excellent professional care along with Nirosha and the nursing staff, especially for our mother in her last days (including making arrangements for her death certificate, funeral, etc) and for our father’s diabetes. They provide regular check-ups, dosage monitoring, support and follow-up in case of medical emergencies. We also have really appreciated two more persons: the first is Shifa (and Neha), Aarambh psychologist on staff who engages our father in conversations on a variety of topics on a regular basis, providing invaluable emotional support, not to mention an array of activities to keep him mentally active - puzzles, artwork and music. The second is the excellent yoga instructor who comes in 3 times a week, and also a regular physical therapist. Aarambh also has well-planned outings to nearby parks, the beach and temples periodically. Asma and Milan manage a clean, efficiently run facility, which for our parents included A/C, TV, daily cleaning and chair-lift to the upper level. The staff and attendants are very caring and well-trained. During covid, all procedures regarding vaccinations, and wearing of masks and sanitizers by visitors was observed meticulously. Baby Singh, the cook, provides a great variety of foods in the meals there and the quality and taste are both very good, to fit the needs of very senior citizens. Finally, it was very important to have a good communication system in place in order to stay in touch via video on a daily basis. Aarambh provides good wifi and phone access.
